  • Can I test or view products in store? Not all products will be in store. Please contact the store to enquire.
  • How long will it take before I receive my order? Turnaround times may vary depending on product.
  • Can I cancel an order? Yes, you can cancel the order but please read the Terms and Conditions before an order is placed regarding any cancellation fees that may apply.
  • How long is your sale on for? Promotions usually last for a month except when specified.
  • Do you have the products in store so I can pick it up now? This will depend on the item you have chosen. Please make enquiries with the store.


  • I have a specific product query, who can I speak to? Enquire with the store nearest to you, or leave a message online and we'll respond, we would be happy to help.
  • Will I need a new base? Not always, but we would encourage you to purchase one if your base is as old as the mattress that you are replacing.
  • Can I buy a furniture piece that's part of a bedroom suite separately? This will depend on the product, it will be advertised individually if it is possible.
  • How often should I turn my mattress? A new mattress needs to be rotated every 2 weeks for 4-5 months. We also advise to use the centre of the mattress in the early period to allow an even settling of the foams.
  • How long is the warranty on mattresses? Mattress warranties can vary. Most are 10 years but others can be 5 or less. Please check with the sales team for the product you are interested in.
  • Will my mattress get body impressions? Mattresses are made from foam, so we will always experience a body signature of sorts. This allows the body to be at its most comfortable, but we can advise you on the best way to minimise body impressions.
  • How long does a mattress last? The life of a mattress can vary, dependent upon the use and maintenance of it. Mattresses have a warranty that guarantees the components but in reality, the comfort of the mattress can subside before that time. Please ensure a mattress protector is used at all times and the mattress is rotated as per the requirements.
  • What is the best mattress? The best mattress is dependent on the person whom it is for. We will assist you in finding the right fit for your body. No two people are the same, so each scenario is dealt with individually.

  • Do you offer Interest Free finance? Yes of course, we offer flexible finance options.

  • Do you deliver to my area? We deliver to most areas, please check with the sales team for price and delivery schedules.
  • What days do you deliver? Please check with the sales team for the schedule for your area.
  • Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box? Yes you can :)
  • Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery? Ideally, someone needs to home to accept delivery, if this is not possible, speak to us to give permission to leave in a safe place.
  • Do you remove the furniture packaging upon delivery? Mattress bags can be removed at the time of delivery. We suggest furniture boxes are kept until you have unpacked and are happy with your items.
  • How will my order be delivered? In-store orders can be delivered by us within the Perth metropolitan area at a time agreed. For online purchases it will depend upon location and the size of the products.
  • Do you remove the old mattress? If requested, an old mattress may be removed at a small cost when we deliver your new one.
  • What if I need help getting my mattress to a second story bedroom? No problem. We may ask you to assist as drivers may be on their own, but if you're happy to do so then can be done for no extra fee.
  • What do I do if my goods arrive damaged? Please take photos of both the goods and the packaging to assist us in resolving this for you. We will ask you to email them to us, and we can look into a resolution from there.
  • Can you assemble my furniture? If the product purchased requires assembly we can direct you to a service to assist.
  • Is there a delivery cost when you purchase directly from the store? The delivery fee is $40 to the majority of Perth metropolitan suburbs subject to the distance from the store.
  • Is there a delivery cost when you purchase online? When you purchase online, the delivery costs will depend on the type of items you purchase, as well as the delivery distance.
  • How long will it take before I receive my order? This can vary depending on your chosen item. Please contact the store to speak with a team member.
  • Do you deliver outside WA? Yes, all orders marked as warehouse on our website can be delivered to most parts of Australia.
  • Can I pick up my online order from a store? If you prefer we can have a warehouse product delivered to the store of your choice for pickup.
